Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of PaveRight Quincy Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Provided
PaveRight Quincy Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway installation and repair, patios, walkways, sidewalks, foundations, slabs, footings, retaining walls, concrete repair, resurfacing, leveling, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting, removal, replacement, and commercial flatwork services.
All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and local building codes in Quincy, Massachusetts and surrounding areas.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates and quotes provided by PaveRight Quincy Concrete are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or changes to project scope. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Material price fluctuations or changes in project scope may require quote revision.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments during the project, and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Massachusetts law. A lien may be filed on the property for non-payment of services rendered.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize project disruption.
Warranty and Guarantees
PaveRight Quincy Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner using quality materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control.
Concrete is a natural material subject to minor cracking due to settling, temperature changes, and other factors. While we use proper techniques to minimize cracking, we cannot guarantee crack-free concrete.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), ensuring site access for equipment and materials, and maintaining installed concrete according to our care instructions.
Clients must notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden site features that may affect the project.
Limitation of Liability
PaveRight Quincy Concrete's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
